Liaise with departments regarding events, service and policies.
Opening & Closing the restaurant.
To set up prior to service and adhere to the opening and closing duties.
Cashing up at the end of service.
Training team members on product knowledge & table service.
Revising procedures & establishing efficiency
Stock management & ordering.
Manage & record wastage.
Addressing guests queries.
To ensure your team delivers unforgettable service experiences.
To help make the Restaurant profitable by looking after equipment and managing stock
Make sure all products to guests are quality controlled.
