Financial Management:
Managing budgets and financial records.
Preparing financial reports on revenue and expenses.
Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
Customer Service:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
Greeting customers and providing recommendations.
Staff Management:
Creating staff schedules and managing employee conflicts.
Providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
Leading and motivating the team.
Marketing and Promotion:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Organizing promotional events and special offers.
Promoting the restaurant within the local community.
Other Responsibilities:
Working closely with suppliers and vendors.
