Restaurant Manager

Job Description

Our client is seeking to employ a hands-on Manager who can be involved in all aspects and Management of the establishment. Your energy and professionalism with the ability to take on difficult tasks, can think on your feet, this amazing opportunity might just be for you.
Requirements:

  • Matric with a minimum of 3 years working experience in hospitality space.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Own transport and ability to work in the Winelands
  • Strong organisational skills
Duties:
  • Organise logistics around booking of Restaurant
  • Assist with suppliers
  • Administration / stock / invoicing and month end statements
  • Menu planning and assisting with Chef
  • Managing front of house staff
  • Ability to organise small functions / table settings for private requests
  • Maintain high standard on a daily basis - all staff
