ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANGER
LIMPOPO PROVINCE
This position requires a person with the below experience
Person would need to be passionate about working in the Bushveld
Position includes on site accommodation for single person
General Scope of the position -
xc2xb7 Provide high level of customer service and efficient Performance of restaurant activities
xc2xb7 Ensure efficiency and smooth running of the restaurant
xc2xb7 Ensure optimal levels of stock planning
Main duties include -
xc2xb7 Daily Management of restaurant staff
xc2xb7 Manage restaurant income and expenses
xc2xb7 Monthxe2x80x90end procedures, GPs, Budgets and stock take
xc2xb7 Plan restaurant stock level, pricing & ordering of stock
xc2xb7 Liaise with clients / departments and suppliers.
xc2xb7 Check deliveries
xc2xb7 Maintain hygiene standards
xc2xb7 Ensure Staff performance is up to standard
xc2xb7 Planning of staff rosters and leave schedules
xc2xb7 Displaying of products and Restaurant layout
xc2xb7 Conduct training needs analysis for staff
xc2xb7 Receiving of GRVs and processing it.
xc2xb7 Sales and stock reports, stock control
xc2xb7 Daily Cash ups of the Restaurant.
Required skills and knowledge -
xc2xb7 Grade 12
xc2xb7 Relevant Certificate / Diploma within Hospitality Management
xc2xb7 Formal training and experience within a Restaurant as a Manager
xc2xb7 Previous Staff management experience - Vital
xc2xb7 Restaurant Related experience
xc2xb7 Person ideally single and should be passionate about living in a Bushveld
