Accommodation: Not Provided Position Overview A prestigious luxury private members club is seeking an exceptional Restaurant & Lounge Manager to lead its fine dining and exclusive lounge operations. This role is ideal for a refined hospitality professional with a passion for guest relations, elevated service standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for elite clientele. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring seamless service and ambiance. Maintain uncompromising 5-star service standards across all touchpoints. Lead; train, and manage a high-performing service team. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Concierge team to deliver curated dining experiences and private events. Drive operational efficiency through effective scheduling, staff performance management, and guest satisfaction initiatives. Monitor stock control, budgets, and revenue reporting. Requirements 3-5 years' proven restaurant management experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining. Strong leadership, guest relations, and people management skills. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities. Highly polished appearance and professional demeanor. Passion for refined, exclusive service environments.
