Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Installing and monitoring health and safety protocols at both our restaurants (550 pax & 250 pax)
Training all the staff in the protocols
Monitoring of protocols
Setting up menus on
Pilot system - MUST know Pilot
Dietary analysis of each recipe
Entering orders on
Pilot daily
Managing the day to day ordering of goods for 550 pax kitchen and checking of quality on delivery
Stock taking, part of PILOT management
Fine Dining quality and standards
Managing the day staff with preparation of the evening feast - quality control
Assisting with menu development and canape menus
Management of staff rosters
This position is mainly admin, 6 days per week, mainly day shifts
