Job Summary A popular and busy stand alone restaurant seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager matching the following specifications:- o Hospitality Tertiary qualification o 4 years restaurant kitchen management and cheffing experience in well known brand restaurants - la carte full service restaurants, offering lunch and dinner or all day service o Must come from reputable a la carte restaurants or steakhouse franchise operations and NOT FAST FOOD OR QSR o Strong cheffing experience, and must be able to handle pass under extreme pressure o Only candidates with a Stable track record need apply o Shift and weekend work applies o Own Transport essential o Only open to South African Nationals / Citizens Only candidates with the specified experience above will be corresponded with and if you do not receive a reply within 7 days, your application was unsuccessful.
