We are seeking a professional and well-presented

Hostess

to join our front-of-house team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and seamless arrival experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner Manage reservations and seating allocations efficiently Liaise with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the restaurant and its offerings Maintain the reception and entrance area to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation Support colleagues and step in where necessary to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hostess/host or front-of-house role within the hospitality industry is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Must have reliable transport to and from the workplace Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
