The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong operational background, and demonstrates excellent people leadership skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new opening and to play a key role in establishing a vibrant, contemporary dining destination in Cape Town. Key Requirements: Demonstrated success in managing large, high-energy restaurant operations with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction. Deep knowledge of food & beverage operations, including stock control, cost management, and health and safety compliance. Strong leadership and team development abilities - capable of inspiring, coaching, and managing a large, diverse team. Committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining service consistency and quality. Hands-on manager with excellent judgment and the ability to think on their feet in a dynamic, trend-driven environment. Financially savvy with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, driving revenue, and boosting bottom-line performance. Resilient under pressure, with a calm and solutions-focused approach in high-stress moments. A stable career history and contactable references are non-negotiable.
