Duties:
Taking full responsibility for all daily operations
Ensure smooth running of front of house and back of house operations
Supervision of staff
Ensure hygiene, maintenance, health and safety requirements are met
Beverage cost, food cost and stock control are within specified range
Hiring and training of staff
Be on shift on busy days, weekends and all functions.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Diploma or higher qualifications
At least 3 - 5 years' experience in commercial / high end restaurants
Physically fit
