The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

General Manager

to lead our team and oversee all restaurant operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the hospitality industry, a passion for great food and service, and the ability to drive performance and maintain excellence across the board.

Key Responsibilities (will include but are not limited to)

Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Oversee front and back-of-house teams, providing leadership, coaching, and support.

Drive a strong customer service culture, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage cost control.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Assist with marketing initiatives and event planning to boost foot traffic and revenue.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years' experience

as a General Manager or similar role in a busy restaurant environment.

Proven

track record in restaurant operations

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, stock management, and cost control.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
