Job Description
New Upmarket 400+ seater Restaurant in Val de Vie / Evergreen requires General manager.
Requirements:
? ?10+ years in senior restaurant management position
?Strong food cost / recipe compliance/ procurement / stock ordering and admin skills
?Attention to detail orientated
Proficient in hygiene and food safety audits and implementation thereof
Own transport essential
Clear criminal record as well as Val de Vie clearance
Gaap experience beneficial
?Ability to work shifts , weekends and public holidays
?Experience in banqueting required
Customer service driven/orientated
Strong leadership abilities essential
