We are seeking a visionary Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and maintain brand excellence across one or multiple branches.

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the full operational, financial, and experiential performance of one or more venues. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in high-volume, multi-unit operations, strong financial acumen, and a passion for luxury service. The RGM will lead the team to deliver exceptional experiences, uphold brand standards, and ensure profitability.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bakery, and champagne bar with a hands-on leadership style.

Lead, inspire, and manage a large FOH and BOH team, ensuring motivation, performance, and development.

Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards across all departments and guest touchpoints.

Analyze P&L reports and manage financial performance including revenue, labor, COGS, and overheads.

Optimize staffing levels, scheduling, and team deployment to ensure peak efficiency and cost control.

Implement and monitor SOPs, health & safety protocols, and local compliance regulations.

Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, and HQ teams on product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Maintain inventory control systems, supplier relations, and procurement cost-efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality with at least 3 years as General Manager.

Track record in managing high-volume restaurants and/or multiple locations.

Strong knowledge of bakery, cafe, restaurant, and bar operations.

Advanced financial management skills, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and forecasting.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
