Oversee all operations: Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently from front-of-house to back-of-house, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage staff: Recruit and hire with approval from the National Operations Manager, train, schedule, and motivate employees. Conduct performance reviews and handle any necessary disciplinary actions.
Ensure customer satisfaction: Address customer complaints, gather feedback, and implement strategies to provide an exceptional dining and gaming experience.
Manage finances: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, track inventory, and analyze financial reports to improve profitability.
Maintain quality and safety: Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
Handle marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams and National Operations Manager on promotions, analyze customer trends, and develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
Inventory and ordering: Manage inventory levels and order necessary supplies, food, and beverages while adhering to budget constraints
Stock Control: Ensure all applicable stock taking and reporting thereof is adhered to as required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry heavy trays.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
Patience and the ability to remain calm and professional, especially with difficult customers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Payroll: Ensure all onboarding is done correctly and that payroll is submitted timeously and accurately.
Ensure all KPIs are managed and met.
