REQUIREMENTS: Degree or tertiary qualification in Business / Food Services Management / Hospitality; 6 - 10 years Senior Restaurant Manager experience in a 5-star Hotel / Eat Out Top 10 establishment; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal; WSET 2 or other wine qualification; Additional European language highly advantageous; Must be well-presented, guest service focused with the ability to deal with highly distinguished clientele; Ability to solve problems and find solutions; High stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure; Excellent ability to pay attention to detail; High standards of ethical conduct, i.e. honesty, integrity and sensitivity; Self-disciplined with excellent planning and organizational skills; Highly alert, self-motivated and innovative; Exceptional knowledge of food and beverages, including dietaries, bar and wine varietals; Team focused with strong operational management skills & training abilities.
