REQUIREMENTS:

Degree or tertiary qualification in Business / Food Services Management / Hospitality;
/p
p
6 - 10 years Senior Restaurant Manager experience in a 5-star Hotel / Eat Out Top 10 establishment;
/p
p
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
/p
p
WSET 2 or other wine qualification;
/p
p
Additional European language highly advantageous;
/p
p
Must be well-presented, guest service focused with the ability to deal with highly distinguished clientele;
/p
p
Ability to solve problems and find solutions;
/p
p
High stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure;
/p
p
Excellent ability to pay attention to detail;
/p
p
High standards of ethical conduct, i.e. honesty, integrity and sensitivity;
/p
p
Self-disciplined with excellent planning and organizational skills;
/p
p
Highly alert, self-motivated and innovative;
/p
p
Exceptional knowledge of food and beverages, including dietaries, bar and wine varietals;

Team focused with strong operational management skills & training abilities.
