Job Summary Established Restaurant / Coffee Shop in Sandton is looking for a Senior Restaurant Manager. Will consider candidates with 6+ years Restaurant management experience. Ability to manage & train staff a must. Strong customer relations skills required. Must have strong front of house and general kitchen management experience. Main duties will include stock control, cash ups, floor management, opening & closing procedures. Will only consider well-spoken and well-groomed candidates. Applicants must be passionate about Restaurants. Candidates must be ambitious and hardworking. The venue also does function so experience in function and events management beneficial.
