Job Description
A well-established and fashionable restaurant located in Sandton is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager. Candidates who possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in restaurant management will be considered. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional operational management skills, with the ability to oversee both the front and back of house operations. Additionally, applicants must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
Only individuals with a strong background in restaurant administration, including cash up reconciliation, stock management, and opening and closing procedures, will be considered. Candidates with a lengthy tenure at previous employers will be given preference, and all references must be contactable. This role is ideal for energetic, passionate, and driven individuals who thrive under pressure. The successful candidate must possess strong customer relations, staff management, and training skills.
