Position Summary:



The Resourcing Associate will report to the Head of Business Development and will be responsible for contacting and connecting with leads and applications. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The Resourcing Associate will play a vital role in expanding the student base, maintaining customer relationships, and providing ample opportunities for the Sales Executives to enrol students onto programmes.

Primary Responsibilities:



1. Resourcing



This role plays a vital role in connecting the right people with the right educational opportunities. Your focus is on identifying and engaging potential applicants whether they're aspiring strength and conditioning coaches, sports scientists, personal trainers or high performance specialists and guide them through the early stages of enquiry/application. You will actively use our CRM to access leads and once you make initial contact, you will qualify each lead, understanding their goals, background, and readiness to commit to study, before passing them on to the commercial and/or admissions team. In many ways, you will be the first friendly voice in what can often be a big life decision, helping future students see the path ahead with clarity and confidence.

2. Inbox Management



Alongside proactive calls, the Resourcing Associate also manages the college's enquiry inbox. Often the first point of contact for prospective students you will respond promptly to questions, provide clear information on courses, entry requirements and pathways, and keep conversations moving forward. Every message is an opportunity: whether it's a simple query or a detailed request, the Resourcing Associate ensures that each interaction feels personal, helpful and encouraging, laying the foundation for a strong relationship as applicants move closer to enrolment.

3. Pipeline Management & Forecasting



Accurate record-keeping of pipeline activities, lead and application interactions, and sales performance will be maintained by the Graduate Sales Executive using CRM software or designated tools. They will prepare regular pipeline updates and forecasts for review by the Head of Business Development. Through analysis of sales data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement, the Resourcing Associate will contribute to enhancing lead to application to enrolment conversion rates.

Desired Qualifications



Degree/ Certification in a related field (Sports Science/ Strength and Conditioning/ Performance/ exercise psychology, etc)

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:



Exceptional communication, email and presentation skills The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written. Excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
