Offering ample stock availability, support from a dedicated marketing team for projects, and no desk fees.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric or NQF4 Equivalent
2 to 3 years sales experience
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Valid drivers license

Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to potential buyers
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the entire sales process
Property Presentations:
Prepare and conduct engaging property presentations for potential buyers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property
Networking:
Attend industry events, networking functions, and other relevant gatherings to expand your professional network and generate leads
Documentation and Contracts:
Assist in preparing and reviewing sales contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
Follow-Up:
Implement a proactive follow-up strategy with potential buyers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from clients and potential buyers to continuously improve sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction
Sales Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and real estate laws to maintain a high level of professionalism and competence
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or cross-selling related products to enhance the overall value of the sales
Customer Education:
Educate potential buyers about the real estate market, investment opportunities, and the benefits of choosing properties from your portfolio
