We are representing an established Residential Property Fund who manages their own portfolio, notorious for mainly renting out their units, they have also broken into the world of property sales. Established over a decade ago, they have built a prestigious portfolio of properties that has assisted them in creating a prominent name for themselves within the real estate sector.

Operating across South Africa, they are looking for 2 Sales Agents to join their team, based in Amanzimtoti. As one of the newer developments in their Durban portfolio, this building consists of modern units with 2 beds and 1 bath as well as 2 bed and 2 bath.

They have an excellent marketing team that has developed strong and competitive strategies and require agents with the ability to utilise this tool in maximising on sales.

Based on site, you will need to drive sales through meeting with clients, cold calling and advertising on relevant property portals. Building relationships, following up on leads and conducting market research are crucial responsibilities. Other tasks such as collecting documentation, liaising with banks, preparing and submitting weekly reports, updating the visitorsxe2x80x99 book, and identifying market trends, will fall on you.

To be considered for a role of this nature you will need a NQF 4 Real Estate certificate, a valid driverxe2x80x99s licence, and a high quality of communication skills. Other skills such as time management, people management and the ability to compile reports are imperative to succeed in this role. Additionally, you will need a minim of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role within the residential sector.
