Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for all technical matters related to our construction oversight for designs.
• On-Site Troubleshooting: Be the eyes and ears on the ground, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Customer Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product enhancement and process optimization through hands-on experience and client feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, to share valuable insights and contribute to overall product success.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams, and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Professional registration as Pr Techni Eng, Pr Tech Eng or Pr Eng
• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
