Resident Engineer LOCATION: LEPHALALE (LIMPOMPO PROVINCE) JOB TYPE: FIXED CONTRACT Key Duties xefx81xac Coordinate, supervise, manage and monitor all activities and on the construction site. xefx81xac Ensuring that the project is constructed in accordance with the approved construction contract plans, schedule, and specifications and documenting these activities accordingly. xefx81xac Coordinate cost controls, schedule reviews, material inspections and safety inspections. xefx81xac Ensure quality Control on site and time frames management xefx81xac Share Meetings and Minutes Preparations xefx81xac Contract administration xefx81xac Site Instructions xefx81xac Conflict resolutions Key Requirements: xefx81xac N.D/BSC Civil engineering xefx81xac Computer literacy in use of design packages such Techno CAD/AutoCAD/Civil Designer/Civil 3D. xefx81xac Minimum of 2 years of experience in water engineering, with a focus on feasibility study, detailed design, planning approvals, procurement, and construction contract administration of water infrastructure projects.. xefx81xac Strong knowledge of the Civil engineering contracts, NEC, JBCC AND GCC. Job Type: Temporary
