Candidate Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years previous experience in a Reservations role within a Lodge environment
- Proficient in using booking systems and be computer literate
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Have financial awareness - invoicing and processing payments
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, telephonic and via email
- Have a high level approach to customer service and guest delight
- Be an enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask very well
- Have great interpersonal and people skills
- Must be able to work well within a team
- Be able to perform tasks with attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy
