Requirements

5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience - Must have Trade STO experience
Experience at a luxury establishment - Essential
Hospitality experience - Essential
Quality focused
Great communication skills, written and verbal
High level of telephone etiquette

Description

Team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
Deadline orientated and a good eye for detail and ability to multitask
Self-motivated, organized and disciplined work ethics
Respond to website, email and telephonic enquiries accurately, timeously and courteously
Handle guest enquiries while establishing rapport with guests during booking process
Maintain effective customer relationships and actively resolve guest complaints
Ensure accurate detailed capturing of reservations (providing accurate information, quoting, booking, etc.)
Maintain client database to ensure all guest information/details are complete
Assist with maintaining an efficient administration system within the department
Maximise sales, upselling of other revenue streams
