- Matric; a relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a central reservations roles is essential
- Familiarity with reservation software a must, experience on Benson an advantage
- Proven track record of being able to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and unexpected situations
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
