A charming safari lodge is looking for a RESERVATIONISTThis beautiful lodge, boasting 9 elegant chalets, is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservationist to be the friendly first point of contact for their guests. If youxe2x80x99re passionate about travel, thrive on organization, and love creating seamless booking experiences, this could be your dream role.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12 plus relevant tourism / hospitality qualification is preferred
- Experience with Nightsbridge will be advantageous
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Able to work under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of rate structures, game lodge activities, lodge operational procedures, etc. is crucial
- Able to work independently
- Efficient computer skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be guest-focused, confident, and friendly
