A beautiful bushveld camp is looking for a RESERVATIONIST
This safari camp, nestled in the heart of the bushveld, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Reservationist to join our team.
Candidate requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of previous experience in a Reservations role within a Lodge environment
- Proficient in using booking systems like Nightsbridge and OTA platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Have financial awareness - invoicing and processing payments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, telephonic and via email
- Have a high-level approach to customer service and guest delight
- Be an enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask very well
- Have great interpersonal and people skills
- Must be able to work well within a team
- Be able to perform tasks with attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy
