Job Description
A World-Class Travel Company is looking for 2 x RESERVATIONISTS
Candidate Requirements
- Must have an industry recognized qualification
- Previous Hospitality experience is required
- Working knowledge of Opera is essential
- Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in Reservations
- Must be proficient in keeping files and reservations updated, capturing and updating guest details and merging profiles
- Must be confident in the processing of invoices, payments and refunds
- Should be confident using the PMS
- Excellent time-management and admin skills are essential
- Must be friendly, professional and energetic
- Excellent communication skills
Positions available are for a day shift reservationist and a late shift reservationist
