Support agro-processing research.
Perform technology transfer in agro-processing.
Implement safe agro-processing strategies in rural areas.
Support in developing applicable project proposals.
Compile internal/external progress reports.
Supervision of agro-processing staff.
Collaborate with appropriate ARC Institutes on designated projects.
Comply with OHS regulations.
Minimum Grade 12.
Knowledge/experience in food processing operations and preservation techniques.
Knowledge in Food Microbiology and its application in preservation techniques.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
General experience within research environment.
Willingness to work in rural communities.
