Job Description

We are recruiting for an Intermediate-Senior Full stack .Net developer (with React Frontend) for our clients project delivery team.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract - Hybrid work model (3 days per week in office)
Looking for someone to start 1st October
Must be Cape Town based
PLEASE NOTE all shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an IKM Assessment and then an interview
Key Outcomes
The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Fullstack .Net Developer:

• Develop and maintain web applications using .Net technologies with a React front end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Relevant IT qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience as an analyst developer working in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong experience in .Net development, including C#, ASP.Net, and .Net Core.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React. Other popular JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular) will be advantageous.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
