Purpose of the position:





Responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes ensuring the preparation and analysis of accurate financial and operational data. This role will provide support to the financial manager as well as relevant internal stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements



Honours Degree in Accounting or CA(SA) registration with SAICA 1-2 years' post-articles experience in financial reporting or management Advanced Excel skills (financial modelling experience a must) Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with SAP and Power BI (advantageous) Valid Code 08 driver's license (advantageous) Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities



Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes Prepare and analyse financial and operational data Support programme directors and internal stakeholders with financial insights Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal policies and donor requirements Develop and maintain financial templates and models using Excel, SAP, and Power BI Assist in audit preparation and month-end processes Foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders * Supervise, mentor, and support the professional growth of allocated direct reports
