Maintain a utilization rate above 80% by actively managing rental demand and fleet availability.
Work closely with operations, admin, and accounts to ensure seamless service delivery.
Confirm daily operational requirements, including deliveries, collections, swaps, services, and receipts.
Coordinate the logistics of delivery and setup of modular buildings at client sites and ensure the delivery unit inspections / collection unit inspections are completed and signed off on delivery / collection.
Ensure all rental and sales quotes are accurate and aligned with cost structures.
Conduct quarterly unit inspections on all sites and submit required inspection documents to rentals and sales admin dept.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and complaints within 24 hours.
Build and maintain strong key account relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
Assist the debtors' department in following up on outstanding customer payments

Source, negotiate and sign new rental and sale business.
Plan and set up appointments with identified key customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations/solutions to customers with accurate costing.
Follow-up on all proposals frequently. Identify reasons for unsuccessful proposals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients within targeted sectors.
Manage existing customers (From Quotation to Implementation Phase and Follow Ups)
Achieve monthly rentals & sales targets and deadlines
Be aware of all upcoming tenders for targeted clients per sector
Attend tender briefing sessions, Opening of Tenders and Debriefing Sessions for Tenders
Sourcing, costing and assisting with all upcoming Tenders
