Job Description


Our client has an opportunity available for a Remuneration and Benefits Analyst based in Middelburg, Mpumalanga.

Requirements:

  • BCom in Finance, an HR Degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in Remuneration, Data analysis, Job evaluation, Grading and Employee benefits administration.
  • The ability to deal and handle conflict.
  • Ability to negotiate with various stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Work well under pressure and have good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and analyze job duties and responsibilities and create a competitive and equitable salary.
  • Evaluate and assess market data and remuneration trends and recommend new salaries, promotions and interim adjustments.
  • Maintain and update role descriptions.
  • Conduct routine checks and audits to ensure information accuracy within the HR information system.
  • Stay updated on market developments, remuneration and benefits best practices, relevant legal, legislative and governance compliance requirements.
