Remote Sales Closer (commission Based) – Video Marketing Agency
Job Description
We are a growing video marketing agency working with businesses that already understand the value of video. Leads book calls directly via Calendly. Your role is simple and focused: run the call, understand the client's needs, present the right video solution, and close the deal. No cold calling. No lead generation. No chasing uninterested prospects. What You'll Be Doing Take scheduled sales calls with warm, inbound leads Qualify client needs and recommend suitable video packages Handle objections and finalize sales Close deals and hand clients over to our production team Update basic deal notes after each call What We're Looking For Proven experience closing high-ticket services (agencies, marketing, SaaS, or similar) Strong communication and listening skills Comfortable selling creative services and explaining value, not just price Reliable internet and a professional call setup Self-driven and disciplined (fully remote role) What We Offer Warm leads only (clients book themselves) Clear packages, pricing, and sales process Full onboarding and support No cap on earnings Fully remote and flexible schedule Compensation Commission-based only Paid per closed deal Fast payouts after client payment clears
NB: Interviews will take place on Saturday or Sunday
