About the Role:

We're hiring! Patriot Holdings is looking for a detail-driven, business-minded Researcher to join our Acquisitions team. This is a

night shift

position based in South Africa, with working hours from

5PM-1AM SAST

(non-negotiable).

Yes, we have structure. Yes, we have SOPs. But every lead is unique. Every deal is different. This role requires sharp thinking, adaptability, and pride in delivering accurate, contextual research that actually moves the needle in real estate acquisitions.

Ideal Candidates Will Be:

Experienced in research (bonus points if it's in property or business development) Comfortable reaching out to owners via

email or text

(no cold calling, but confident communication is key) Strong communicators who can work closely with our acquisitions specialists Equipped with

two monitors/screens

and a quiet, focused work environment Highly detail-oriented and organized--someone who can track dozens of leads without dropping the ball Business Development Background is a bonus!

Role Responsibilities

Qualifying property leads within the Mobile Home Park asset class Researching and verifying property ownership and contact information Assisting your assigned acquisitions specialist and supporting our outreach callers Tagging, sorting, and maintaining CRM hygiene Occasionally helping out across other asset classes: Industrial and Self-Storage
You'll be matched with a specific asset class and acquisitions specialist--consider it your mini partnership. You'll be in constant communication and have real visibility into how your research impacts acquisitions and deal flow.

KPIs are clear, realistic, and fully within your control. We believe in rewarding consistency and performance.
