Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including client account management, candidate relationship building, and compliance. Collaborate with team members to meet placement targets and ensure high-quality service delivery. Utilize Matrix, ID Medical, and Plus Us systems for candidate management and recruitment processes.
