Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
- Design graphics and write engaging copy
- Manage email campaigns, automations, and lead nurturing
- Optimise landing pages and funnels for lead generation
- Run Google Ads and paid social media campaigns
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance
- Update the website and coordinate with developers
- Manage property portals and coordinate media production
- Design digital and print marketing materials
- Engage with social media comments and enquiries
- Digital marketing experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong copywriting, SEO basics, and analytics skills
- Proficient in Canva, Figma, InDesign, website builders, and email/CRM systems
- Organised, proactive, and data-driven
- Confident managing campaigns and projects
