Job Summary:
We're a fast-growing Canadian finance and powersports company hiring elite
closers from South Africa
who can confidently sell, handle objections, and get deals funded --entirely remotely
.You'll be working warm, inbound pre-approved leads. No cold calling. If you've closed auto, insurance, loans, or high-ticket sales before -- this is your lane.
What You'll Be Doing:
Call and follow up with
pre-approved finance applicants
(ATVs, boats, trailers, RVs) Match clients with available units and payment plans Handle objections, confirm documents, and close the deal Update CRM, pass to logistics, and move to next Work inSlack, WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Sheets
You're a Fit If You:
Have 1-3+ years of experience in
auto sales, insurance, or finance
Speak clear English withconfidence and urgency
Are self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven Can close clients withno hand-holding
Have a laptop, stable Wi-Fi, and backup power Are hungry for USD and ready to work hardCompensation Structure:
Flat rates USD per funded deal
No base salary
