We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable using digital tools to manage office operations, calendars, and communication across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate Google Calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Set up and manage Zoom meetings and virtual sessions.
Perform general office administration document management, data entry, and record keeping.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for reports, payroll, and data tracking.
Assist with payroll preparation and timesheet management.
Handle CRM updates, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Provide basic technical and administrative support to internal teams.
Assist with email correspondence, internal communication, and document formatting.
Support office management tasks, including digital filing, task tracking, and workflow organization.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Confident in Zoom and other remote collaboration tools.
Excellent English communication skills written and verbal.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience in a remote or international work environment.
Basic understanding of payroll and accounting processes.
Previous exposure to technical support or data-driven admin roles.
