Job Summary ? Relief Management Couple - Iketla Lodge (2-3 Months) Location: Limpopo, South Africa Contract: Temporary (2-3 months) Accommodation: Provided on premises Iketla Lodge is looking for a capable, hands-on Relief Management Couple (or single manager) to step in and run the lodge during a management break. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrive in administration, guest services, and lodge life. ?? Key Responsibilities General Administration : Reservations & bookings via Nightsbridge Strong MS Office usage for reporting and communication ( essential ) Sage Accounting knowledge beneficial Lodge Operations : Lodge shopping, stock control, and supplier coordination General maintenance oversight and contractor coordination Guest Experience : Warm welcome & check-ins, guest hosting throughout stay Oversee and assist with breakfast & dinner service ? Requirements Previous lodge or hospitality management experience (couples/teams preferred, but single managers welcome to apply) Strong organisational & interpersonal skills Computer literacy ( MS Office required; Sage advantageous ) Flexible and hands-on approach, able to cover varied daily tasks Positive; guest-focused attitude ?
