Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the execution of product qualification testing, working closely with technicians and engineering teams
• Draft detailed qualification test procedures in compliance with relevant environmental and performance standards (DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704)
• Manage readiness of test infrastructure and liaise with both internal teams and external testing facilities
• Oversee and conduct qualification testing activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete data collection
• Analyse test results, identify root causes where issues arise, and provide engineering feedback to design teams
• Compile and present comprehensive qualification test reports for formal review and sign-off
• Contribute to continuous improvement in testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Travel to off-site testing facilities as required

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• BEng or BTech in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 2 yearsa?? experience in testing, reliability, or qualification engineering
• Strong knowledge of electronic engineering principles
• Hands-on experience with environmental and functional qualification testing methodologies
• Familiarity with aerospace and defence standards, including DO-160, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-704
• Ability to interpret and apply test procedures, reports, and technical specifications
