Our client is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) / Professional Nurses (PN) with proven work experience . This is for part-time shifts at an old age home in Paarl in the Western Cape.Join our dynamic team today to take advantage of the range of benefits we offer:

- Previous work experience in a frail care facility and nursing home will serve as an advantage
- Competent in the demonstration and assessment of all clinical procedures and management of risks
- Be able to function as an effective member of the nursing team by facilitating team effectiveness
- Willingness to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the facility
- Good verbal communication skills - must be bilingual (Proficient in Afrikaans and English)
- Good human relations, active listening skills, sensitivity and understanding and pay attention to detail
- Must have indemnity insurance cover
- Must be available as soon as possible
- Executes duties and responsibilities according to scope of practice
- Takes care of the elderly in the nursing home and frail care facility
- Delivers comprehensive and quality patient care to meet the health needs of patients
- Adheres to patients rights at all times
- Prevents, reports and manages medico-legal risks
- Conducts comprehensive patient care audits
- Record keeping complies with company standards and legal requirements
