Job Description


Our client is looking for Enrolled Nurses (EN) with proven work experience . This is for a permanent position (only 12 hours day shift) at an old age home in Paarl in the Western Cape.
Requirements

  • Registration with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Previous work experience in a frail care facility and nursing home will serve as an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good verbal communication skills - must be bilingual (Proficient in Afrikaans and English)
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and work ethic
  • Must have indemnity insurance cover
  • Must be available to start 1 July 2025
Key Outputs
  • Quality holistic care for the elderly Accurate, meticulous reporting and record keeping Implementation and drafting of care plans
  • Medication management and administration
  • Personnel supervision and management
  • Maintaining legislation, protocols and procedures
