Medication Administration:
Administering prescribed medications, including oral, intravenous, and other routes, while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
Treatment and Procedures:
Assisting with or performing various medical procedures, such as wound care, catheter insertion, and assisting with surgeries.
Monitoring and Documentation:
Continuously monitoring patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, and accurately documenting all observations and interventions in patient records.
Patient and Family Education:
Providing clear and concise information about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies to patients and their families.
Collaboration and Communication:
Working closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Emergency Response:
Responding to any emergency.
Supervision:
Overseeing the work of support staff.
Maintaining a Safe and Therapeutic Environment:
Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control protocols.

Clinical Expertise:
