Key Requirements:
- Registered at SANC
- Post Basic Qualification: In ICU or Theatre would be advantageous.
- 2-3 Years of Cath Lab Experience: Proven and compulsory experience in Cath Lab procedures.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Organizational Skills: Good planning and organizing skills to ensure seamless Cath Lab operations.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills for efficient patient care.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make accurate decisions in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Resilience: Resilience and stress tolerance to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation for a patient-centric approach.
