About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) or an individual with an equivalent qualification in behaviour therapy or special education. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting students with behavioural and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
Implement behaviour intervention plans and support individual student needs
Work closely with therapists, teachers, and parents to promote positive behavioural outcomes
Record and track behavioural data to evaluate progress and inform strategy
Use evidence-based techniques to support skill development and behaviour regulation
Assist in creating a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certification or equivalent qualification/experience in behaviour therapy
Experience in teaching or working with children with behavioural and developmental needs
Excellent skills in behaviour management and positive reinforcement techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Adaptability and cultural sensitivity in an international setting
