Nurses Required for a highly Professional Clinic based in Simonstown, Western Cape. Are you a Registered Nurse or Enrolled nurse looking for the next challenge with a minimum of 5 years work experience working as a professional nurse? All departments assist each other, and everyone works as a big family unit. We run 2 separate clinics which are focused on an international market. 1 clinic is purely for addiction clients and the other is a young adultxe2x80x99s clinic, assisting with various mental health challenges. You would be involved in various areas ensuring the clients get top quality nursing and medical care. Working calmly, efficiently and professionally with exceptional professional boundaries are a must. You need to be able to work both independently as and as part of the team. Own transport is essential. Salary is market related and depending on your experience. Day and night shifts will apply. If your preference is night shift, it will be expected of the nurse to rotate at times to learn both day and night shift duties. Administration is a big part of this job description. Start date is ASAP. Main duties as follows but not limited to the below:

• Ordering and issuing of medication.
• Accurate recording of all nursing related documentation daily.
• Recording of all nursing interactions on an online based medical server. Computer experience essential. Training will be provided on the specific system.
• Accompanying clients to doctors, dentist, blood services and any other services.
• You will be expected to be able to connect clients online to doctors and social workers online via various platforms (teams/Zoom)
• Own transport essential.
• Day to day nursing tasks, including but not limited to, monitoring clients at meal times, monitoring clients with eating disorders, monitoring clients with suicidal and self harm potential.
• You will be expected to do medication and stock counts.
• You will be expected to handle all admissions efficiently and professionally, ensuring new clients are made welcome, safe and settled into their bedrooms with no delays.
• You will be expected to take clients shopping on a Saturday morning and go with clients on various outings on a Sunday.
