The Role



To enable the vision, I lead and develop the Regional VM team to deliver the global visual direction for a world-class store experience.


Key Requirements:



I drive VM execution through my team and train retail teams to execute the VMD in line with the Brand VM framework. execute flagships stores to stretch and scale past the VMD; I elevate within the framework. I live in stores. I inspect store experience, provide feedback and coach on commercial opportunities. I collaborate cross functionally to maximize sales performance and business growth through effective VM directives. I collaborate with my retail partners to review business performance and align on trade decisions. I coach my team to deliver the monthly visual set in line with the Brand plan and milestone calendar, staying disciplined to the VM directive. I adapt VM directives to reflect the needs of each local market, within the VM Framework. I identify opportunities to manage stock health and partner with merch and retail to problem solve. I inspire, care for and grow others and myself at every stage of the people lifecycle, to facilitate succession. I set expectations, review performance, provide feedback and follow up using the Group performance framework. I lead the COG way and build a team of engaged Brand and product ambassadors. I look after others and myself, and lead in alignment with our Safety Matters Framework.
