Job Summary
Hire Resolve's client in the clothing retail industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Regional Visual Merchandise Manager to join their team in the Cape Town, Western Cape.
Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and evaluate the visual merchandise of the clothing retail stores in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement regional visual merchandise strategies to meet the company's objectives
- Monitor the implementation of visual merchandise policies and procedures and ensure that the stores comply with them
- Supervise and train employees regarding visual merchandise techniques, methods, and standards
- Create and implement displays, merchandising plans, and other promotional initiatives to attract customers and increase sales
- Analyze sales data and establish visual merchandise changes to drive sales and improve customer engagement
- Stay aware of fashion trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Merchandising
- At least 5 years of experience in visual merchandise, preferably in a retail setting
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, trends, and standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and develop effective visual merchandise strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective visual merchandise changes
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Must be situated in the Western Cape
- Salary: R450k/yr - R300k/yr, negotiable
